before 5 O'Clock the next Morning, the New House adjoining to

at Halsden
as above, Burglariously broke was open
& robb'd of a Quantity of Fowls, and that the fourteen Fowls now pro
duced are the property of the said John Green< no role >
. And further says
that on said Wednesday Night he [..] chid and fasten'd the Door of said
Hen House, and that on Thursday Morning about five O'Clock, he found
said Door open, and that several Fowls had been Stolen, The sd James Lawson< no role >
for himself says that he apprehended the Prisoner Joseph Wheatley< no role >
about Six O'Clock on Thursday Morning the Twelfth of October Instant
in a Field near Kilburn Wills
, with a Bag on his Back, containing
