Who being upon Oath Say and first the said Jane Cross< no role >
Saith, [..] that last Night about Eight o'Clock, her Linen was
hanging to dry in the Yard belonging to the House where she lives;
that being in her Wash House adjoining said Yard, one Camell as
Lodger brought her a Street, and inform'd her that some of the Linen
was laying in the Yard; that having pin'd the Linen when she put
it on the Lines, she was sure that some Person or Persons, must have
taken it Off, and running into the Yard Saw the Prisoner James Carey< no role >
with two
other Men, rush out of the Necessary and Jump over the Wall into
the next Yard; that seeing the Linen now produced viz two Shirts
two Shifts and our Waistcoat, laying in the Necessary House, she legs
them, and Ran into the on [..] Yard, where she found the Prisoner in

for himself saith that hearing the
alarm, he went down into the Yard, when he saw the Prisoner
getting over the Wall; that after giving the Linen which was in
the Necessary to Either Ramson, he got our the Wall in pursuit
of the Prisoner, who was found in the Privy John Spicer< no role >

himself saith that hearing an alarm, and being informed
that the Prisoner was in the Necessary House at Mr. Turbolls,
he went thither and pulled him out by the Collar
