Who being upon Oath say and first the said John Stephen Schintker< no role >
says that in the Night of Monday the 15th. of May last the House
wherein this Informant lives in the Garden of the said David Godfrey< no role >
Esqr.
was broke open and that a Quantity of Wearing Apparel Stolen therein
and further says that a Coat, a pair of Gloves a Waistcoat a Shirt and a
pair of Breeches [..] now produced are his property and as he doth verily believe aflock now produced and are
part of the things that were so Stolen, And the said Richard Arnold< no role >
says that on Tuesday the 16th. of May last between 2 and 3 o'Clock in the
afternoon he found a pair of Breeches in a Hedge in a Lane about ½
a Mile from said Mr. Godfrey's House in the Pocket of which he found
several Duplicates And the said Patrick Mc. Manus< no role >
says that on
Saturday last he searched a person now present who calls himself Henry
Smith< no role >
on whom he found the Coat, the Shirt: Stock and Gloves now
produced and several Duplicates And the said John Shallard< no role >
says
that by the direction of the said Patrick Mc. Manus he went to the shop
of John Davis< no role >
in Church Street
Southwark
and found a Waistcoat and
a pair of Breeches now produced And the said James Muleaster< no role >
says
that said Smith pawned at his Shop on the 14th day of Decemr, lada Coat and
that on Saturday last said Smith came to Redecon said Coat when he took
him in Custody. And the said Robert Morrison< no role >
says that the [..] Waistcoat
and Breeches now produced by John Shallard< no role >
were pledged for Six Shillings at this Masters Shop in
the Name of Henry Rolls< no role >
