Upon his Oath Saith That he was in the
New buildings the day the pray happened about two

Walters then fell at the deceased who appeared to be in

blows deceased walked away towards the Stairs and
Walters followed and struck the deceasedtwoagain
deceased did not strike again deceased stopped upon
the Stairs and bled much and thinber Walters
struck the deceased again as be leaned upon the Railing
of the Stairs Deponent got some Water to wash the
blood off the deceased who endeavoured to get the blood
off himself, Deponent persuaded him to go Home but he would not
but went up Stairs and Deponent saw no more of him
