Middlesex to wit

The Information of Ann Collins< no role >
aged about fourteen years a Singlewoman taken before me
one of his Majestys Justices
of the peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex

Who being upon Oath saith that she was a Servant
to Mr Ince at the Sign of the Black horse upper
East Smithfield that on Tuesday morning the 22d
of August instant about three oClock she being then
in bed in the House aforesaid a person who lived
at the same as a man Servant and who goes by
the name of Anthony Lear< no role > a Greek came into this
Informts. room, she being thenasleeprather
Sleepy and pulled the Bed Cloaths aside and got
into Bed to her this Informt. and got upon her
Body when she immediately called out murder
and attempted by making a violent noise to
alarm the family so as to get some Assistance
that then he took the Blacket Street & his
Shirt and crammed it in to her mouth untill
She was almost choaked and by force and
violence feloniously Assaulted her and had
Carnal knowledge of her Body against he
Will and Consent and actually committed
to a Rape upon her Body
