Informations of Witnesses severally Taken and
acknowledged for our Sovereign Lord the King touching the Death
of Elizabeth Ham< no role > at the Dwelling
House ofCuttsknown by the Sign of
The Eight Bells in the Parish of Christ Church
in the County of Middlesex on
Wednesday the Seventhday of June in the
Twenty Sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
King George the third before me Thomas Phillips< no role >
one of his Majesty's Coroners for the said County on an
Inquisition then and there taken on View of the Body of
the said Elizabeth Ham< no role >
then and there lying Dead as follow to wit,

Ann Good< no role > Servant to Thomas Hawkins< no role > of South Street
Spittal fields Butcher Upon her Oath Saith That She
hath lived with the said Thomas Hawkins< no role > and
Elizabeth< no role > his Wife The deceased Elizabeth Ham< no role >
Samuel Hughes< no role > and Catherine< no role > his Wife together upwards
of four Years. That she was first hired by the deceased
whom and the said Elizabeth Hawkins< no role > and Catherine
Hughes
< no role > were Sisters That on Saturday Morning last
about Nine oClock Mrs. Hawkins sent Deponent.
out upon on Errand and She was absent about ten
Minutes when Deponent went out the deceased was
sitting in a little parlour behind the Shop Mrs. Hughes
was up one pair of Stairs and Mrs. Hawkins was in
the Shop suchling her Child. when she Returned She
found the House Door looked a great Crowd about the.
Door and was told that the deceased was Murdered
Mr. Hawkins let the deceased into the House and on
going into the parlour She saw the deceased lying
