every necessary Case and attention was shown to the
deceased who continued in this State until Friday
when apprehending a fracture had been given
Deponent sea Gred deceased but although he did
not find any fracture discovered a large quantity
of Matter between the Sealp and Skullthe
deceased became worse and the head from the
violence of the Injury became near by in a Slate
of Mortification and on Sunday Evening deceased
died and has no doubt but the Cruises before
mentioned were the Cause of his DeathSaith
that whose Deponent first saw the deceased.
he was sometimes sensible and readily
submitted to any thing as he appeared to
think himself in danger of dying and
observed to Deponent that he had born
dragged along the Ground and his head beat
very much
