Thomas Pidgeon< no role > of Kings land aforesaid Surgeon
and apothecary upon his Oath Saith That he was
in own House near the Spot at the time the
deceased was killed & hearing or Noise went out
and was informed of what had happened went
up to the deceased and proposed bleeding him
the deceased was taken to the Stable where
Deponent opened a Vein to bleed him and then examined what Mischief
had happened to the deceased and found a large
Fracture on the Right Side of the head on the Top
part of the coronal suter which was the
immediate cause of his Death independent
of other injustice which he had received in different
parts of his Body.the deceased did not
Bleed at all at the Vein Deponent opened.
