Who upon their Oaths severally say and first the
said Thomas Harltree< no role >
for himself Saith That he is
Carpenter
and was at work at the House of Thomas
Sawkins< no role >
the Robinhood Alehouse
in High Holborn
on Wednesday the 7th: of June Instant That between
the hours of 3 and 4. o Clock in the afternoon of that day
he had occasion to go to the privy or Necessary House
in the Yard adjoining the said Dwelling House That when
he left the said Privy he left a Silver Watch with
a Steel Chain a Silver Seal and another Seal on the
Shelf in the said privy and forgot to Take it with him
and that in about Ten Minutes afterwards he went to
the privy for the Watch and it was gone and he had
not since seen it That the Watch Chain and Seals are
of the Value of Three pounds
