said privy or Necessary House and saw him come out
of the same That immediatly afterwards which was
about a Minute he sawthea person now in Custody
who says his Name is Barnard Isaacs< no role >

the said Necessary House and he saw him come out also
at which time he had in his hand a Watch which
appeared to him to be a Silver Watch and a Steel Chain and the said

then went away and Le has not seen
him since untill this dayThat immediatly afterwards
the said Thomas Harttree sayd he had lost his watch
And this Informant Saith That from the time the said Thomas Harttree< no role >
went into the said privy to the time of the Alarm the Watch being lost Roother

abouts the Watch in Question being last he saw the said

(whom he well knew) come out of the
said Sawkins's House very hastily That he has frequently
seen him at the said Sawkins's House but has not seen
