Who being upon Oath says that having at different times missed
Money out of the Till, Induced him to Mark some, that between 3 and
5 o'Clock this afternoon [..] missing an half Crown and a Shilling
out of a Drawer [..] in his Father's Study and Suspecting a Person now
present who calls himself James York< no role >
(his Father's Servant
) the Sent
for him and on Searching him found the marked Half Crown and Shilling
now produced and that he is very sure they are same as were [..] this
day stolen as aforesaid.
