White< no role > Taken upon Oath before me Joseph
Girdler< no role > Esqr . one of His Majesty Justices of
the Peace in and for the said County this 8th. day
of October 1785

This Informant upon Oath saith that on Saturday
being the 8th. day of Octr. Inst. about the Hour of five o'Clock
in the Evening one Mary Gouterey< no role > came into the Bar of
the House of Thomas White< no role > he Husband [..] in the
Lyon Market in the Parish of St Luke in the County of
Middlesex and did as she verily feloniously steal
and Carry away out of the said Bar two Silver Spoons
the Property of Thomas White< no role > , and upon this Informant
searching in the said Mary Gouterey< no role > found the said Two
Silver Spoons concealed in her Bosom
