of His Majestys Justices of the peace in and for
the said County this 8th. day of October 1785

This Informant upon his Oath saith that on
Friday the Seventh of this Instant October about the Hour of
Seven in the [..] Evening as he has been informed and verily
believes that George Dunstan< no role > did privately and feloniously
Steal in the Stop of Ann Parsons< no role > Situate in St. Martin le
grand in the County of Middlesex a Carrasan Box
Containing three thirty One Pair of Nankeen Breeches
One Write Waistcoat, five Pair of Stockings and other
things the property of the said Thomas Samuel Parsons< no role >
the said Box Containing the Rings above Mentioned
were found [..] at the fact of the said George Dunstan< no role > as [..] has
been informed by William Portens< no role > immediately after the
Roberry was Committed
