Esqr . one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace after the said County of Middlesex
this 8th. day of April 1785 .

This Informant upon Oath Saith that she
hath great Reason to believe William Holmes< no role >
did feloniously steal a guarter [..] wter pother
properly on the 7th. of this Instant april
and that she hath great reason to believe
that Cornelius Banfield< no role > did feloniously
receive from the said William Hotmes< no role > the Said
Quart Lewter hot her properly Mowing the
Same to have been stolen
