Session last at the Session-House for the said County
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from We
Execution will proceed for the levying 40
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless [..]
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at
next Session, which will begin at the Session-House aforesaid
on Tuesday the 5th Day of April next.
