Gentleman Maketh Oathandthat a Summons to appear
and serve on the Jury at the old Bailey was left at the
House of Walking once Clarke of South Moulton Street aforesaid
Widow where this deponent resides on or about
Second day of this Instant Decem to appear [..]
Wednesday the Eight then next following; And this
deponent saith that he now is and for several
Years past has been an Attorney of his Majestys
Court of Kings Bench, and a Solicitor of the High
Court of Chancery and as such this Deponent
apprehends he has no right to serve on the said
Jury as aforesaid
