in and for the said
County of Middlesex
this 9th. day of August 1784
This Informant upon his Oath saith that he hath
great reason to believe that a Man who calls himself
Edward Jones< no role >
did break open the Lock of a Cabinet in
[..] his Shop in the night time of the 6th. of this
Instant August and did feloniously take and Carry
away out of the said Cabinet a Quantity of Brass and
Steal Watch Movements the property of this said
Informant also a pair of Spectacles, which lay in
the Shop, and one Wet Sheet which hung in the Yard
Taken and Sworn before me
the day and Year first above
written.
