then came from the Quarter Deck (when he had been speaking to
the prisoner Parry) into the Craft and called to themen two Boat
two Men in the Boat who were then rowing the same from the
Craft to came Back but which they replied to do, but that as
the said two men were rowing away he heard the prisoner
Parry call very Loud and said George put bck and taken me in
but of which they took no Notice but rowed up the River and
got clear away first feloniously stealing in the said lighter or
Craft Three Boxes of Lemons the property of Edward Smith< no role >
which they took and carried away. And this Informant
