Oaths this 29th. Day of June 1784
Who on their Several and Respective Oaths say
that about two o'Clock in the Morning of the 8th.
Day of June They Apprehended one James
Willis< no role >
in the Parish of St. Margarets in the said
City with a large Bundle of Cloths which had
that Night a Morning been Burglariously and
Feloniously Stole out of the House of Henry
Road< no role >
of Chapel Street
in the sd. City. Brandy
Merchant, And these Informants further
on their Oaths say That one William Hinton< no role >
was in Company with the said Willis but
that on being pursued he made his Escape
over a large Gate, by which means he Avoided
being taken, And Then Informants further
say that they have great reason to believe
that the said Hinton was concerned with Willis
in Committing the said Burglary
