Taken upon Oath before me Thomas
Brooks
< no role > bank Esqr . one of this Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
this 6th. Day of July 1784

This Information upon his Oath saith that
this he is the son of Catherine Curk< no role > of
Earls Bagg in the Parish of Gowran in
the County of Kilkenney in the Kingdom
of Ireland who was Sister of Patrick
otherwise John Welch< no role > late a seaman
belonging to the Asia Man of worth at the
hath heard and verily believes the said
John Welch< no role > entered an Beard the said
ship Asia about November 1777 and
died an Beard in the Year 1780 and
also saith that the said Patrick [..]
otherwise John Welch< no role > had two
Brothers one John Welch< no role > and the other
Richard Welch< no role > only and further saith
that he never had a Brother by the
Name of William Welch< no role > and lastly
saith that the Keyran Ryan< no role > is no
relation whatever to the said Patrick
