horse dealer, with a Copy of the writ
of Sub pence hereunto annexed, but was not able
to serve them or either of them, but was answer'd
by the said William Jacksons< no role >
wife that he was gone
to Stafford fair, which begins on the Tenth day of
July instant and would not return under fourteen
days at leash, and that Richard Jones< no role >
was out of
Town and gone to Taunton Fair in the County of
Somersett, and that she did not expect him in
Town again during the Space of Four or Five
Weeks, and this Deponent further saith that
he hath heard and believes, that the said

and Richard Jones< no role >
are material
