the left Temple under the Scalp, that
on removing the Skull, Dept. observed
a large Quantity of Extravagated Blood
between the two Membr [..] of the
Brain on the right side, opposite
to where he observed the Extra vasated
Blood under the Scalp, Say, that he
then found a Fracture on the left side
the Deced's Head, under neath the part
where the, first extra vasated Blood appeared,
and Dept. says that the Injuries, desired
by this Dept. were the cause of Deced's death
and believes it was owing to a Stroke
given by a Blunt Weapon
