against Ann Bridges< no role > & Joseph Harris< no role > for High
Treason in having a Mould in their possession
As Harris was not in Custody and the Evidence not
being thought complete agst. Bridgen if tried singly an
Application was made to the Court and acquidoced
in by them that the Depts Trial might stand over
till the last Sessn. as Harris was not in Custody and
in the mean time Bridgen was to be admitted to Bail
At the last Sessions an Application was made to the
Court by Ann Bridger< no role > 's Council that as Harris was not
in Custody She might he dischargedthis Motion
the Court thought premature, and was objected to
by you, when it was understood and it is believed by
Ann Bridgen< no role > 's Council that if Harris was not apprehended
during the Course of the Sessions she should be discharged
upon her own Recognizance till the next Sessions being
the present

Under this Idea the Witnesses an half of the
Prosecution & who were bound over were sent away, but at
the End of the Sessions Ann Bridges< no role > being brought up
insisted upon being tried, upon whichtheshe was put
to the Bar, and the Witnesses who were bound over call'd
