Saith that Mark Peinhero who lately lived Clerk with the said Defendant
and who is Also a Material Witness as Deponent Verily believes in the Said
Prosecution now is and for Some time Past has lived at Ipswich in the
County of Suffolk as Deponent is informed and Also believes and whom
this Deponent Cou'd not Cause to be Suspena'd to give Evidence on the Said
Indictment from the Shortness of time Since he heard of the Defendants
Notice to Surrender and take his Tryal but doubts not but he shall be
able to Subpena And that the Said Mark Peinhero will Attend and
give Evidence on the said Indictment the next Sessions
