the Road together until they got to Fulham
Field, when Dept. was ordered to Stop and the
Gentlemen went out of the Chaise, with a Brace of Pistols and two
Gentlemen come out of the Coach with another
Brace of Pistols, Says that Dept. was ordered
to Draw off and to stand by a House about
two hundred Yards distance Says that the four Gentlemen
went into a Field adjoining to the Road
when he saw some of them pacing the
Ground, but did not see them Fight or
hear the Report of the Pistols; Says that in
about twenty Minutes two of the Gentlemen
called Dept. and desired him to take his
Chaise to the Gentlemen which he did and
one of the Gentlemen told Dept. that the other
Gentleman was killed, Says that the Deced's
Cloaths were very Bloody upon the Breast
but Dept. did not see the Wound, Says that
the Deced was put into the Chaise and Deced
brought him to Mr. Glover's in Albemarle
Street in the Parish of St. George Hanr. Square

his Oath saith That on Friday last about half

went to Mr. Lovett the Apothecary in Albemarle Street
and took his Man to the Deced,whe on faling
the Deced's Hand said that he was dead Says
