Who being upon Oath say and first the said
Robert Hussey< no role >
says that apiece of Stuff now produced
is this Informants property and was stolen out of
his Shop in Russel Court
aforesaid on Friday Evening
lastThat the said Stephen Gagnon< no role >
informed him
that two persons now present who call themselves
Thomas Knight< no role >
and Mary Moon< no role >
had stolen the same and brought them to
him on which he found in the Apron of the said
Mary Moon< no role >
the said piece of Stuff-And the said Stephen Gagnon< no role >
says that
he saw the said Thomas Knight< no role >
and Mary Moon< no role >
steal said piece of Stuff, on which he apprehended
them and brought them to the said Robert Hussey< no role >
