And this said Informant, in company with a man
who is called Buckey, but his real Name he knows
not, William Cox< no role > otherwise Vanderbank< no role > , Catherine
Smith
< no role > , and Elizabeth Whiley< no role > , did between the hours
of eleven and three of the night between the 8th. and
9th. of this Instant November, Burglariously break
and enter the Shop belonging to a Dwelling House
of James Leggat< no role > in Great Saffron Hill , and did
feloniously Real [..] thereout one piece of Corderoy,
some Sheets, one Pair of black Satten breeches, and
Sunday Mins and boys wearing Apparel some
past as above were carried to the Lodgings of
Catherine Smith< no role > and there concealed till found
by the Constable according to this said Informant
intimation as he verily believes
