The voluntary Information and Evidence of
William Harrison< no role > taken before me John Staples< no role >
one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex this 8th.
day of December in the year of our Lord 1783

Who saith that last night being sunday night
between the hours of five and Six in the evening
being in Company with one George Whitten< no role > and
alad or Boy commonly called Matt Mason and passing
through a Street called Bakers Row the said
George Whitten seized or took hold of a Girl
and forced and took from the said Girl (who
then had on a Whiteish Gowtte< no role > ) [..]
Boys Great Coatand or Boys Seatwith Which
he ran awaywithand then he this Informant
followed him into the next Street when the said
George Whiffin< no role > him the aforesaid Great Coat and
soon after seeing some person coming up in pursuit
he this informant ran away and hid the Coat
said Great Coat among some Drays which stood
near Brick Lane .Saith that saw nothing
more of [..] the said George Whiffen< no role > [..] last
night no did he of the said Matt Mason< no role > .
