me this 16th day of October 1783.

Who on their Oath say and first the said William Walker< no role > says
that a Quantity of Twist now produced is his Property and
was feloniously Stolen in his Shop very lately but when
he cannot say And the said And the said Ann Thornton< no role > says that
on Tuesday last a Person now present who calls herself Ann
Mr Gwire brought the Twist now produced to this Informant
shop and offered it for Sale; when this Informant stopped
the said Mr Gwire and the Twist also.
