Henry Delamain< no role > of Barner
Street in the County aforesaid
on his Oath saith that being
summoned to serve on a Jury in this honourable
Court in the Month of June 1783 he waited on
Sir Robert Taylor< no role > the Sheriff with an Applicant
in writing for his being excused & imagined
he was excused accordingly, not hearing to
the Contrary; and this Deponent further saith
that he thought he was exempt, being an
Officer in His Majesty's Navy.
