said assizes and this Deponent saith that he hath
lately been informed that he and the said James

John Tryor and Charles Crosswell< no role >
were
bound by Recognizance to appear at the session
held for the County of Middlesex
in the said
Months of April to prosecute and give evidence
against the said Charles Turner< no role >
further said
Felony and that as no prosecution was carried on
such Recognizance was became forfeited and this
Deponent saith that [..] neither he
nor the said James, Bishop John Tryor and Charles
Crossence omitted to prosecute and give Evidence
against the said Charles Turner< no role >
at the said Session for
the said County of Middlesex
with any Intent
to favour the said Charles Turner< no role >
or for any Reward but morely on
account of its being apprehended that such
prosecution was to be carried on in the said
County of Survey as aforesaid.
