Who being on Oath say, and first the said Thomas
Ealand< no role >
says that a Person now present who calls herself
Elizabeth Owen< no role >
was with three other Women and a
Man drinking in his Tap Room adjoining a Parlour in
this Informants House in Boswell Court
aforesaid on
Wednesday Night the 23rd. day of July last That he
the next morning missed the Glass now produced which
he found had been stolen the night before and which he
is very sure is his property And the said Thomas Sower< no role >
by
that about 9 o Clock on Thursday morning the 24th. day of
July last the said Elizabeth Owen< no role >
pawned with him
the said Glass for eight shillings and said that said
Glass was the property of Mrs. Gibbins a Lodger at No.
45 in Wyche Street
