one of his MAJESTY'S Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex this 4th. Day of July

Who deneith that he this Examinant Robbed the said Richard
Hughes< no role > in the Morning of the 22nd. of May last on Greek
Street Soho, or at any other time, or in any other Place.
That this Examinant did not Sell or Pawn the Gold
Watch now produced at the Shop of Mr. Cordy on Snow
Hill , as mentioned and Sworn to by William Crenck< no role > and
George Pretty< no role > , That this Examinant hath lodged at Mrs.
Consins's in Castle Court about Six Weeks, with Mary
Kingsley< no role > now present That the Square Box now produced
with its Contents belongs to this Examinant and further
saith that the Horse Pistol now produced was in this
Examinant Lodging in Castle Court aforesaid.
