The Information of Samuel Wood< no role > and John
Heather< no role > taken before me this 8th. day of
Februarybe1783

Who being upon Oath say and first the said Samuel
Woods< no role > says that a Person now present who calls herself Mary
Fulford< no role > hath lived with this Informant for the Space of two
Daysas a Servant and further says that the Handle
of a Silver Table Spoon now produced is this Informants property
and was stolen out of this Informants House within that
timeAnd the said John Heather< no role > says that between the
hours of nine and ten o Clock last Night the said Mary
Fulford< no role > came to his Shop and offered to Sell the said
Handle of a Spoon, on which he took her into Custody.
