One of the Watchmen of the Parish of Saint Giles in
the fields Taken the 22nd. day of February 1783

Who upon his Oath Saith That about the hour
of One o Clock this Morning being upon his Stand or
Beat in High Holborn in the parish of Saint Giles
in the fields He apprehended a Man who says his
Name is James Burn< no role > having a large Quantity of
Wearing apparell in his Possession which the Informant
Suspected he did not come honestly by And therefore
this Informant called for some Assistance and Took
him into Custody.
