Who on their Oaths say and first the said Sarah Wagstaff< no role >
says, that
a person now present who calls herselfMary Weston< no role >
was lately
a Servant to this Informants Mother in Duke Street York Buildings
,
and closed from her Service on Thursday last was Sevenight,
immediately after which this Informant missed a Gown and
Petticoat, two other Gowns a White Petticoat, Etca Hat and
Cloak now produced, together with other Articles this Informants
property. And the said John Mills< no role >
says that when the said
Mary Weston< no role >
was taken into custody on Thursday last, he
found the purple and white Gown now produced on her
back. And the said John Best< no role >
says that the Cloak now
produced he found upon the person of the said Mary
Weston< no role >
, and the remainder of the Articles now produced he
found in a One pair of Stairs Back room in the House
of the said Robert Belfour< no role >
in Peter Street Westminster
;
which Lodging Room the said Mary Weston< no role >
confessed to
be hers. And the said Robert Belfour< no role >
says that the
Room in which the said Articles were found in this In
formants house, was occupied by the said Mary Weston< no role >
,
who hired the same, either 3 or 4 Days previous to the said
Things being found therein.
