Who being upon Oath say, and first the said
James Burley< no role >
says that a live Hog now in his Possession
delivered to him by the said John Marks< no role >
is his property
and was stolen from this Informant the beginning of
last Week. And the said John Marks< no role >
says that three
Persons now present who call themselves Robert Roberts< no role >
William Wenham< no role >
and John Allen< no role >
brought the
said Hog to this Informants Shop in Clare Market
aforesaid on Thursday the twentieth instant
to Sell him for fifteen shillings and further
says that the said Robert Roberts< no role >
told this Informant
that he had bought him in Kent
