Wheel wright< no role >
maketh the Oath and saith that he this Deponent did
in October Sessions One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Eighty two prefer a Bill of Indictment before the Grand Jury
against the said Sarah House< no role >
for the said Offence when a
Mr. Bill was found against her And this Deponent
further saith that he attended immediately at
the Old Bailey
in Order to bring the said Sarah
House< no role >
to Justices for the same when it unfortunately
happened he was taken exceeding ill of the Choice and
was obliged to go to a publick House near the
Sessions House in the Old Bailey
in order to obtain
some Relief to his Pains but in the Interim
the said Sarah House< no role >
was Ined and acquitted to
this Deponents great Surprize and Astonishment
as he had been informed by one of the Constable
whose Name this Deponent does not know that
the Liae would not come on that day and this
Deponent further saith that it was not
for the purpose of suppressing the Course of
Justice or for the same of any reward
