And first this Informant William Freak< no role >
for himself
Saith That he is a Higler and lives in the Coal Yard in Drury
Lane
That about half past 9 oClock last Night he was
coming down Parkers Lane in Drury Lane
in the Parish of
Saint Giles in the fields
in the County of Middlesex
, in company
with the abovenamedthe

and saw the Door of
the Stable belonging to Robert Kilby Cox< no role >

. Brewer
in Parker
Street
aforesaid open That he Stopped a few minutes and
saw Two Men come down the said Street and saw One of them go into the said Stable and immediately
afterwards saw the Prisoner who says his Name is John

come out of the said Stable with the following things
in his Possession (Vizt.) One Smock Frock, One Horse Roller
One Jack Towell< no role >
, and a ChissleThat he took the Man
into Custody and delivered him into the Hands of a peace
Officer
And this Informant James Watts< no role >
for himself saith
That he is a porter and lives in Shorts Gardens in Drury
Lane
aforesaid That he was in company with the other
Informant William Freak< no role >
at the time and place aforesaid
and does in every respect Confirm the above Information
of the said William Freak< no role >
And this Informant Richard Butler< no role >
for himself
Saith That he is a Coachman to the above named Robert
Kilby Cox< no role >

: That thewassaid Robt. Kilby Cox Rents a
Stable in Parker's Street which adjoins to the Dwelling house
of Thos. Stocking< no role >
a Glassman
in the said Street, That this
Informant was at the Stable about the hour of half past
