Standing committed on Suspicion of hearing Feloniously
Robbed the Bristol Mail of Several Bags of Letters and
detained for feloniously assaulting Samuel Walker< no role > on the
Kings Highway in the County of Middlesex putting him in
fear and feloniously taking from his person several Bags
and mails of Letters the property of our Sovereign Lord
the King and also detained for divers felonies and
forgeries in the several Counties of Middlesex Surry
Warwick York and the Town and County of Nottingham
and Anthony Parkin< no role > Gentleman Solicitor for the Post Office
having made Affidavit of the absence of several Material
Witnesses whereby he cannot prosecute the said George Weston< no role >
ats Samuel Johnson< no role > for the said second above mentioned
felony and Robbery at this Session the is therefore ordered to
remain in Gaol until the next Session.

Standing detained for Felony in the County of the City of
Litek field he is ordered to be sent to the Common Gaol of the
County of the said City.

for a Robbery in the Highway and before Execution of his
Judgement escaped out of Gaol but being retaken and now
consessing himself to be the same John Sparrrow who are
attainted as aforesaid he is ordered to remain until Execution
of his said Judgement.
