the Prisoner was the Man that Stabd' him
And that he was a Dead Man That the Deceased then Appeared to be in his Sense
That the Prisoner wanted to Shake hands
with the Deceased and to Kiss him But he
Turnd' from him and would not Let him
That then Informant took the Prisoner to
White Chapell and Mr. Staples Committed him

That when the Prisoner was at a Lock up
House opposite Mr. Sherwoods Informant
Scarch'd him And took from him a large
clasp Knife (which he now Produces)
That Informant ask'd him whether that
was the Knife he did it with And he Answered
"Yes But it is not Bloody Bow".
That the Minersa was Moved on Friday to Deptford
And on Saturday (the next day) about Eleven o'Clock
in the Morning Informant went on Board
said Ship at Deptford And Asked if any Body
could tell how the Man because Stab'd on
BoardThat there were several Men on
Board but none of Them would give any Accot.
That a little Boy said the Cook (meaning the
Deceased) Pulled the Prisoner by the Hair of
his Head out of the Cabin That the Candles
were all Out and it was all in the Dark
