on his Oath saith That JamesJohnEdwards the Deced
has lived with him about Ten Years, and
was a careful Man, and generally Sober,
That he sent him yesterday about half hour
after Eleven o'Clock with a Cart loaded with Coals
and drawn by three Horses, into Mount Street
Says that he was informed in the Afternoon
of the Deced having been killed by the Cart
going over him in Bennet Street but that he
knows nothing of the Accident
