Freemans Lane Southwark to Cook at
a Quantity which he say'd belonged to him the aforesd

to have Two Sacks at Twenty Shillings Pr. Sack and to meet the
abovemd.Astill at five oClock of the same
day to pay the mony for them and took them away when
going to a friends House to get the
mony he was Informed that the Potatoes
had been stolen from this other Informt.
John Trevallion< no role > in the manner abovesd.
upon which this Informt. acquainted the
sd. Trevallion of the same and upon searching
the premisses Where the aforesd. John Astill< no role >
had shewed him the Potatoes as aforemd.
was found Nine Sacks of Potatoes Two
Empty Sacks and the Saddle Bredle and Hammer
abovementioned. And lastly this Informt.
John Trevallion< no role > saith that the Nine Sacks
ofPotatoesPotatoes as well as the two
Empty Sacks and the sadle Bridle & Hammer
found in the place abovesd. are the
property [..] of the sd Trevallion and Benjamin Everingham< no role > and were all taken away
