The Information of John Stocker< no role > of Hampton the said County
Laborer

Who upon his Oath saith that he has resided in the Parish of Hampton
upwards of Ten Years and that some time in last October to the
best of this Deponents knowledge he took into his House on Inmates
or Lodgers John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > two Private [..]
Men in the Duke of Argyles Regiment of Infrantry and that
during the time of their so lodging with him he was jointly concerned
with the said John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > and one George
Fleet a Private in the said Regiment in committing the following
Felonies (that is to sayd Soon after they came to lodge with him he this
Deponent and John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > Feloniously
Stole [..] took and carried away One Sheep from the Ground of Mrs.
Chandler at Sunbury in the said County which they carried away to
this Deponents House where they [..] divided it among them
And that about a Month afterwards as near as this Deponent can
recollect he this Deponent together with the said John Hodges< no role > and
Alexander Frazier< no role > Feloniously Stole and Draw Drore away a
Heifer about a year and a hay old from the Bargewalk in the [..] said
Parish of Hampton which they killed in Mr. Manship's [..] Stable adjoining
to this Deponents House and which was then Unoccupied and divided it amongst them and is now informed that the said
Heifer was the property of John Stokes< no role > of Twickenham in the said
County Stable keeper and that about Three weeks afterwards he this
Deponent John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > Feloniously Stole
and brought one Sheep from Hampton Court Green in the said
County to this Deponents House which they killed and divided
amongst them and that he is informed it was the property of
Tool Hetherington of Hampton Butcher and that some time
afterwards he this Deponentwhotogether with the said John
Hodges
< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > went to a Farm called Chalks Farm
in the Occupation of John Shore< no role > and Parish of Hampton aforesaid and Stole
and brought away Four Geese and some offal and a sa [..] the Property of
the said John Shore< no role > and that some time afterwards he this
Deponent together with the said John Hodges< no role > and Alexander
Frazier
< no role > went to Hampton Nick Green in the said Parish of Hampton
and Stole and brought away two [..] small Pigs the property as he
believes of Robert Lowe< no role > of Hampton Nick aforesaid Gardener and
that some time the later and of November as he this Deponent
believes he this Deponent John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > stole
and brought away a small sheep from and out of Burtey Park in the
Parish of Hampton and that much about the same time he this
Deponent together with the said John Hodges< no role > and Alexander
Frazier
< no role > Feloniously stole and Drove a Bullock from and out
of the said park which he this Deponent is since informed belonged
