Who being on Oath say, and first said William Burton< no role >
says that three Hats, a Mahogany Frame for a Looking Glass, eight
brass Screws, a brass bolt and a pillow bier now produced are his
property and were stolen out of his house in Pallace Yard
Westminr
about 2 o Clock yesterday morningand the said Richard Hunter< no role >
says that about 2 'oClock yesterday morning he saw a person now
present who calls himself Richard Smith< no role >
come out of the [..] rea
of the said William Burtons< no role >
House in Pallace Yard aforesaidthat he
had in his Apron a Bundle with which he jumped from off
the Top of the Iron Railing and ran awaySays that suspecting
he had robbed the House he pursued him to the Top of Channel

where he apprehended him and found in his
Apron the said Hatts Mahogany Frame, brass Screws, Bolt &
Pillow bier now produced and sworn to by the said William
