Great Britain Etc. about the hour of Two in the Nights of the same
Day with force and Arms at the parish aforesaid in the County
aforesaid the Dwelling Houses force Mathew Butler< no role > there
situate then and there feloniously and Burglariously did
break and Enter and one Callico Bed Quilt of the Value of
Forty Shillings One Wilton Coverlid of the Value of Twenty
Shillings One Linnen Bed Quilt of the Value of Ten Shillings
One mans Hat of the Value of Ten Shillings One China
Tea pott of the Value of Twelve pence Twelve China Plates
of the Value of Ten shillings five China Bowls of the Value
of Twenty Shillings four China Coffee Cups of the Value of
Two shillings One Silver punch Ladles of the Value of Five
shillings and two looking Glasses in Swinging Mahogany
frames of the Goods and Chattles of him the said Mathew
Butler
< no role > in the same Dwelling House then and there being
found feloniously and Buglariously did steal take and
carry away against the peace of our said Lord the King his
crown and Dignity Wherefore The Sheriff of the said County
of Kenter Commanded that he omit not upon account of any
Liberty in his Bailwick but that he take the said Robert
Smith
< no role > to answer the premises And Afterwards to wit at
the same Delivery of the Goal of our said Lord the King holden
at Maidstone aforesaid in and for the said County of Kenton
the said Monday the Seventh Day of August in the said
fifteenth year of the reign of our said Lord the now King
Before the said William Lord Mansfield and Sir Sidney
Stafford

as aforesaid by their own proper hands do deliver herein
Count of Record in form of Law to be determined Whereupon
at the same Delivery of the said Goal of the said County of then
holden at Maidstone aforesaid in and for the said County on
the said Monday the said seventh Day of August in the
said Fifteenth Year of the Reign of our said Lord the now King
before the said last abovenamed Justices Cometh the said
