Who being severally upon Oath say and first this
Informant William Germain< no role >
for himself saith
that he is a Servant
and lives with Mr. Nutts Broad
Street
in the City that about Ten o'Clock on Saturday
Night last asashe was going toMra Persons House in
Phenix yard Oxford Street
Saint Mary le Bone
when
became about the Middlx of the Yard he was attacked
by three Men who tripped his Her Conp and three him
down one of which her is [..] certain is the Person
new present who calls himself James Malone< no role >
otherwise
Johnson who after this Informant was down held [..]
some thing [..] to his head [..] which this Informant
believes was a Pistol and put his hand into his
right hand Breeches pocket and took thereout Six
Shillings in Silver and some half pence and the other
two me of each sides of him and the Piece of Cloth which
this Informant had under his Ann at the time he was
throwed form was also taken & Carried away and saith
that from the Size and dress of the two persons now present
who call themselves Henry Gray< no role >
and Thomas Bath< no role >
he
verily believes are the two other persons who were in
Company with the said James Malone< no role >
otherwise Johnson
at the time this Informant was Robbed is abovementioned
and saith that when they had Robbed him they all ran
away this Informant pursued them & Cryed out Stopped
thingRobbers and Henry Gray< no role >
was taken in Oxford Street
just at the Corner of Swallow Street
and after he was take
the Piece of Cloth abovementioned & now produced which was
dropped by the said Gray as he ran was brought to this
Informant
