Middlesex this 14th. Day of June
1775

This Informant upon his oath saith
that on Wednesday the 14th. of this Instant
June between the Hours of Two and three
in the Morning he heardinhis Ducks
make a great Noise upon which he this
said Informant with his Man went
into his yard and found one Henry
Halford< no role > , and John Syder< no role > with one of his
Ducks his Property, which they had stolen,
which Duck was found in their Custody
