Sir Thomas Frankland< no role > of Old Bond Street
in the County of Middlesex Baronet Maketh Oath
and Saith that on the Commitment by this
Court of the above named Prisoner for Felony and
Forgery he Apprehended that Messrs. Drummonds
would have been bound over to Prosecute her, that
therefore this Deponent has not yet preferred any
Indictment against her But this Deponent not
doubting to Obtain Sufficient Evidence against her
against the next Session of Gaol Delivery he intends
then to Prosecute her for the Felonious Forging of
two Bonds now in his Possession and Published to him
by Robert Perrean< no role > who Stands Indicted for Such
Publishing of the same Bonds

this 6th. day of June 1775 .}
