who [..] on her Oath saith

That on Saturday Night last she was Standing
in Aldgate hearing of a Ballat Singer when she was
Accosted with two Men one of whom is here Present
[..] & calls himself Moses Nathan< no role > ,andwho Askedtoher to
Drink which she refused they then told her they would see
her home, which she likewise refused, they replied
they had as good a Right to the Road as she had, and Conducted
her As far as White Chapel Church and there they lay'd
hold of her and put a Silk Handkerchief in to her
Mouth, and dragged her by force and Violence in to a House
Near White Chapel forced her up Stairs PulledYour
her Cloaths of and threw her upon the Bed, and attempted
to Ravish her against her will, Confirmed her in Bed
in the same Room all Night and [..] took and
Carried away from her a Sattin Cloak a White Lawn
Apron half a Guinea & a Silk Hatt and India Handkerchief her
Property and this Informant Suspects that a Woman
Who Calls herself Elizabeth Gillis< no role > was Privey too
the said Assault and felony asallshe lived in
the said House as a Servant , and that when she
acquainted her with the treatment she had met with
and the Robbery she laughed at her and treated her with
greatInsolence
